Le SMSI de SAP Business Technology Platform régit les services en conformité avec les activités HDS #1, #2, #3, #4, #6 du référentiel français ANS HDS:2018 v1.1. Le périmètre des lieux de traitement des données pour l'hébergement de données incluant l'hébergement de données de santé à caractère personnel est listé dans ce certificat ainsi que les lieux de bureaux à partir desquels les activités opérationnelles sont fournies. Les activités de SAP sont limitées aux points 3, 4 et 6 du système de référence français ANS HDS:2018 v1.1 lorsque des fournisseurs d'infrastructure externes à Francfort, en Allemagne, ou à Amsterdam, aux Pays-Bas sont utilisés. Ceci est conforme à la déclaration d'applicabilité du SMSI de SAP Business Technology Platform, version 7.1 du 23/10/2023.
